New Gutters or Downspouts
This warranty covers installation defects as specified here, and does not include damage or changes caused by: accidents, fires, lightning, ice, hail, earthquake, windstorms, wind-borne objects, or other acts of God; or by vandalism, riot, civil disorder, or building settlement, or structural failure of walls, roofs, foundations, fascia, rafters or manipulation by anyone other than Gutter Maintenance Pro’s authorized installers.
This warranty does not cover color fading, staining, replacement of any rotten wood, water behind gutters without eave metal, or any erosion.

50 Years
Gutter systems installed by Gutter Maintenance Pro are guaranteed for fifty (50) years against sagging, pulling loose, leaking, paint peeling, blistering, or not properly functioning due to improper installation.

Sealing Miters/ End Caps
We guarantee that the miters & corners we have sealed, will not leak or crack.
This warranty is valid from the date of meters or corners being sealed and covers both workmanship and materials, excluding acts of God (i.e. fire, wind, hail, ice etc).

The guarantee is only valid 10 years after the work was performed.

Clog Free Guarantee
Installation of Gutter Covers
Gutter Maintenance Pro warrants to you, the customer, that the gutter covers will be free from defects due to faulty materials or workmanship for the life of the product and that, under normal use and maintenance, the painted finish will not crack or peel.
Gutter Maintenance Pro warrants to you, the customer, that when installing in the manner specified by the manufacture, the product will keep gutters from becoming clogged and overflowing as a result of the interior of the gutter and downspouts filling with debris, such as leaves, twigs, needles, and seeds.
The performance guarantee is subject to exclusions, limitations, conditions and legal rights stated in this Warranty.
